In May 2011, our business reached a significant milestone by transitioning into a Limited company, a move that was made possible through strategic external investment. Securing our first contract with Kier Highways in 2015 marked a pivotal moment in our company's history, propelling us into a new era of growth and diversification within the construction industry. In January 2017, Guy Loveland a longstanding and dedicated team member became our Company Director, a pivotal change that underscored our commitment to excellence and reinforced our identity as a family-led business. 2018-2021

Over these three years, S&D has successfully undertaken and delivered a series of significant projects in Birmingham, marking a period of substantial growth and expansion for our company. Currently, S&D proudly holds a seven-year contract with Kier Highways in Northamptonshire, a testament to our proven track record of delivering exceptional construction services. This long-term partnership reflects our commitment to reliability, quality, and client satisfaction, as we continue to maintain and enhance road infrastructure in the region to the highest standards.

In addition to our ongoing commitment in Northamptonshire, we have recently expanded our operations with the successful acquisition of additional contracts with Kier in Somerset. These new projects mark a significant milestone in our growth strategy, further solidifying our reputation as a trusted leader in the construction industry across different geographic areas.
